Personal Access Code Request

Initial enrollment for our online payment system requires a Personal Access Code (PAC). You will need this to register and create a user ID and password for future login.

To obtain your Personal Access Code, you may email your request to info@cpm975.com.

Please be sure to include the name of your Association and your unit address. Your request is typically fulfilled within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3 business days for your PAC to be emailed to you. NOTE: Be sure to check your "junk/spam" email as our responses sometimes get filtered there.
