The occupancy census form can be completed online below.  If you prefer to complete a paper version instead, you may download an Occupancy Census Form here.  Copies of the driver’s licenses (or other adequate proof of age) of all persons who occupy the Unit must be provided if requested by your association or if you are a new owner.

In accordance with the Declaration of the Association, occupants are required to complete and submit the following census every two years, when there is any change in occupancy or when requested by the Executive Board.
