RESALE PACKAGE ORDERING PROCEDURE

Per Pennsylvania law, each owner in an association is required to order a resale package and provide a complete and up to date set of Association governing documents to their buyer when they sell their property.  Our office is permitted 10 business days to produce this package upon receipt of request.  Resale package requests are processed in house.  We do not use a third-party service.  Typical turnaround time is 5-7 business days upon receipt of the request.  An additional emergency processing fee can be paid for turnaround time within 5 business days upon receipt of payment.

PLEASE NOTE:  If a resale package is ordered without governing documents, a release form will be provided stating the seller acknowledges they have a complete and up to date set of documents and have provided them to their buyer.  This form requires signatures from both parties and seller will be liable if anything is missing.

To pay by credit card, you must submit your request using the above link.  

If paying by check or money order, please make payment payable to CONTINENTAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT and mail to the address listed below.  You can submit your request online by clicking here, or you can print and mail a RESALE PACKAGE REQUEST FORM along with your payment to our office address:

If you would prefer to drop off a request and/or payment in person at our above office address, you are welcome to do so.  Requests and/or payments can be left with our receptionist during our normal business hours, or we have a secure drop box located next to our office door that can be utilized while our office building is accessible, typically Monday – Friday, 8AM-6PM.

Resale packages can be sent electronically via email, or hard copy can either be sent via mail (US Postal Service) or via in person pick up at our office.
