Exception – Tyler Walk HOA: $340
Resale Package (with documents): $350
Exception – Tyler Walk HOA: $475
Emergency Processing Fee (additional fee): $75

If you would prefer to drop off a payment in person at our above office address, payments can be left with our receptionist during our normal business hours, or we have a secure drop box located next to our office door that can be utilized while our office building is accessible, typically Monday – Friday, 8AM-6PM.
