Our Resale Department is available to assist Real Estate Agents, Title Companies, Mortgage Brokers and owners with all the necessary documents and information required for the sale, purchase or refinance of a property. We also assist Brokers in obtaining FHA approval for our Condominium Associations. We strive to process all requests quickly and accurately, while still providing the personalized service for which our company is known.

If you need a Dues Statement / Verification of Dues for refinancing purposes, you can email your request to our Resale Assistant – Brittney Tanner. Please be sure to include your Association Name, property address and the email or fax number you would like this letter to be sent. Please allow 2-3 business days turnaround time.
